Senator Mary Kiffmeyer called the meeting to order at 10:32 AM

S.F. 276: Senator Housley: Third-party programs and third-party testers to conduct behind-the-wheel road tests for class D drivers licenses; requirements and criteria specified; audits requirements; appeals of decisions made by commissioner of public safety authorization.

Kiffmeyer moved that the A-2 Amendment ne adopted

Senator Kiffmeyer moved that SF 276 as amended be recommended to pass and rereferred to the Finance Committee
