Present: Senator Rich Draheim - Vice Chair, Senator Jim Abeler, Senator Michelle R. Benson, Senator Chris A. Eaton, Senator Matt D. Klein, Senator Mark W. Koran, Senator Carla J. Nelson, Senator Julie A. Rosen, Senator Melissa H. Wiklund

Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 1:00PM.

S.F. 753: Senator Abeler: Health care providers timely credentialing requirements.

Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 753 be recommended to pass and rereferred to the Committee on Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy.

Senator Koran moved the A-1 amendment.

Motion withdrawn.

Senator Abeler renewed his motion that S.F. 753 be recommended to pass and rereferred to the Committee on Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy.

Motion prevailed.

S.F. 694: Senator Dahms: Minnesota premium security plan administration by the Minnesota Comprehensive Health Association requirement.

Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 694 be recommended to pass and rereferred to the Committee on Finance.
