Senator Paul J. Utke called the meeting to order at 8:30 AM. A quorum was present.

S.F. 269: Senator Kiffmeyer: Family child care regulation modernization project establishment; appropriation.

Senator Abeler moved that SF 269 be heard

S.F. 297: Senator Abeler: Human Services Background Study Disqualification Review Task Force establishment and appropriation.

Senator Abler offered an author’s amendment.

Senator Abeler moved the A-2 amendment.The motion prevailed and the amendment is adopted.
