Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 3:10 p.m.

S.F. 1542: Senator Senjem: Medical assistance (MA) coverage of adult dental services expansion to include nonsurgical treatment for periodontal disease.



Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 1542, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 1970: Senator Rarick: Prescribed pediatric extended care (PPEC) centers licensing requirements modifications; PPEC centers licensing phase in authorization; medical assistance (MA) coverage of PPEC basic services establishment and medical assistance reimbursement rates setting authorization.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 1970, as amended, laid over and may become part of omnibus bill.

S.F. 787: Senator Rosen: Officer-involved community-based care coordination grant program establishment and planning grants; medical assistance (MA) coverage for community-based care coordination modification to include tribes; appropriation.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 787, as amended, laid over and may become part of omnibus bill.

S.F. 1098: Senator Rosen: Prescription Drug Pricing Transparency Act.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 1098, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
