Senator Justin Eichorn called the meeting to order at 8:32

S.F. 324: Senator Eken: Nonprofit nursing facilities in border cities operating payment rate modification.



Senator Eken moved that S.F. 324, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Human Services Reform Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 573: Senator Housley: Elderly waiver language recodification and technical changes.



Be recommended to pass.

S.F. 11: Senator Housley: Electronic monitoring in nursing facilities and assisted living facilities requirements establishment.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 11, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Health and Human Services Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
