Senator John Marty called the meeting to order at 12:11pm.
S.F. 1415: Senator Tomassoni: Solar photovoltaic modules installation for a public utility solar
project in Morrison county evaluation and approval requirement;
appropriation.
Senator Hoffman moved that S.F. 1415, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
S.F. 1074: Senator Rest: Rail track connection construction projects environmental impact
statement (EIS) requirement.
Senator Osmek moved that S.F. 1074, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
S.F. 886: Senator Rest: Resolution memorializing the surface transportation board to order an
environmental impact statement for railroad connector track construction
in Crystal.
