Senator Chaudhary moved that S.F. 267, be laid over.

S.F. 105: Senator Murphy: Deer bait or feed definition modification.



Senator Chaudhary moved that S.F. 105, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 275: Senator Frederickson: Minnesota River basin joint powers board name change to Minnesota River board and provisions modifications.



Senator Frederickson moved that S.F. 275, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 880: Senator Stumpf: Red River of the North river watch program appropriation.



Senator Stumpf moved that S.F. 880, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 231: Senator Pariseau: Free either-sex deer permit for discharged armed forces service members.



Senator Pariseau moved that S.F. 231, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION ADOPTED.
