1.2proposing Senate and House expenditure limits for

1.7BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota, the
1.8House of Representatives concurring, that the finance proposal
1.9for fiscal years 2006 and 2007 is based on the general fund
1.10revenues without a tax increase plus an additional $380,000,000
1.11from a health impact fee.
1.12BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the overall spending for the
1.13following finance bills from these sources shall not exceed
1.14$..,...,...,... for fiscal years 2006 and 2007. The expenditure
1.15limits are:
