1.3BE IT RESOLVED, by the Senate of the State of Minnesota, that the provisions of Senate
         

1.4Resolution 1, excluding section XI (Senate Rules) and section XIII (Future Agreements),
         are hereby 

1.5terminated.

1.6BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that powers of the Office of the President granted to the 

1.7co-presiding officers pursuant to Senate Resolution 1 are rescinded and that the offices
         of 

1.8co-presiding officers are terminated.
