Senator Koch introduced--
S.F. No. 2140: A bill for an act relating to commerce; exempting from federal regulation under the commerce clause of the Constitution of the United States a firearm, a firearm accessory, or ammunition manufactured and retained in Minnesota; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 624.

Senator Pogemiller, for the Committee on Rules and Administration introduced--
S.F. No. 2141: A bill for an act relating to finance; appropriating money to continue operations of a state agency if the major appropriation bill to fund that agency has not been enacted by July 1, 2009. Senator Pogemiller moved that S.F. No. 2141 be laid on the table.
