No. 3818: A bill for an act relating to local option sales taxes; authorizing the city of Duluth to increase its food and beverage tax; authorizing each of the cities of Austin, Baxter, Brainerd, and Nisswa to impose a local sales tax; amending Laws 1980, chapter 511, section 1, subdivision 2, as amended.
