Section 1. Referendum equalization levy. (b) Changes a district’s first tier referendum equalization factor from $567,000 to 125 percent of the statewide referendum market value equalizing factor.
(c) Changes a district’s second tier referendum equalization factor from $290,000 to 50 percent of the statewide referendum market value equalizing factor.
(d) Defines the statewide referendum market value equalizing factor by providing a calculation method.
