Section 1 [Annual Audit] requires organizations that are licensed to conduct lawful gaming to report to the Gambling Control Board when filing a financial audit with the commissioner of revenue as prescribed by statute. (The financial audits are required annually for organizations having gross receipts in excess of a threshold amount; the commissioner of revenue may require financial audits for organizations with gross receipts below the threshold under particular circumstances.) The report to the board must be in an electronic format prescribed by the board.
