Section 1. Reports. Specifies that the commissioner of employment and economic development submit an accounting of loans made in the previous calendar year as part of the department’s annual report to the legislature.

Section 2. Reporting requirements. Moves the date by which a nonprofit organization receiving a grant under the emerging entrepreneur program must report to the Department of Employment and Economic Development to April 15 instead of February 15.
