|
S.F. No. 2983 amends the vehicle registration chapter of law, authorizing a new license plate for veterans who are the recipients of the Air Medal. The Commissioner of Veterans Affairs must design the license plate, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Public Safety. The special plates must be inscribed with a facsimile of the Air Medal and bear the inscription “AIR MEDAL VETERAN” below the special plate number.
