S.F. No. 3215 directs the commissioner of human services to partner with counties, local service agencies, tribal social service agencies, private child-placing agencies, and other stakeholders, to develop a plan, timeline, and description of resources needed to reduce paperwork for child protection cases and out-of-home placements subject to the federal Indian Child Welfare Act and the Minnesota Indian Family Preservation Act.
