S.F. No. 2998 modifies the Metropolitan Council statute by adding a new subdivision.

Section 1 (473.123, subdivision 4a) paragraph (a) requires that council and advisory board meeting agendas be posted on the council’s website at least three days before convening the meeting, to the extent practicable. 

Paragraph (b) requires the council and advisory board meetings to be recorded either by audio or video, and posted on the council’s website within two working days of the meeting for a period of three years.
