|
S.F. 328 removes two restrictions the legislature placed on a hospital bed moratorium exception granted to Ridgeview Medical Center in 2003. The first restriction being removed is that the additional beds be used only for rehabilitation services. The second restriction being removed is that the additional beds not be eligible for reimbursement under medical assistance or Minnesota care.
