S.F. No. 2692 requires the University of Minnesota and the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities to provide a report by January 15, 2020, to the chairs and ranking minority members of the legislative committees with jurisdiction over higher education issues detailing how each system would achieve a ten percent reduction in administrative costs.
