|
S.F. No. 743 appropriates $7 million in fiscal year 2020 from the general fund to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of Rochester to make improvements to a runway at the Rochester International Airport. The appropriation is available after the commissioner of management and budget determines that nonstate funds are committed to complete the project.
