Section 1. Student performance data. Strikes additional student categories of ethnicity and race under Minnesota Statutes, section 120B.35, subdivision 3, paragraph (a0, clause (2) for student data reporting.
Section 2. State growth target; other state measures. Eliminates additional student categories for race and ethnicity. Data collection categories are those that are identified under the federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act.
