Section 1. Local government unit. Modifies the definition of “local government unit” for telecommunication purposes to include and be applicable to the “State Fairgrounds.” This change would require the State Agricultural Society to manage the public rights-of-way at the fairgrounds as prescribed under the section governing telecommunications.
