Section 1Textbook.  Expands the definition of “textbook” to include a teacher’s edition, teacher’s guide, or other materials that accompany a textbook that a pupil uses when they are packaged physically or electronically with textbooks for teacher use.

Effective Date. Makes the section effective immediately.

Section 2Individualized instructional or cooperative learning materials.  Expands the definition of “individualized instructional or cooperative learning materials” to include teacher materials that accompany materials that a pupil uses.

Effective Date. Makes the section effective immediately.

Section 3Cost; limitation. Strikes obsolete language.
