Section 1. Lease levy for transportation hub for Eastern Carver County School District. Beginning for taxes payable in 2020, authorizes the school district to use lease levy proceeds for a transportation hub if the district can demonstrate financial savings to the commissioner. Clarifies that the district is still subject to the lease levy limit (no more than $212 per pupil unit).
