S.F. The bill specifies the purpose of the grant, which includes expanding school and community-based programming, creating and conducting a story-sharing program in anticipation of the 20th anniversary of 9/11, and displaying the recently acquired collection belonging to General John W. Vessey. The grant is in addition to the base funding, does not cancel, and is available until expended.
