The portion of SF 1590 that falls within the jurisdiction of the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections committee is section 2.
Section 2 directs the Pollution Control Agency to update the financial assurance required of owners and operators of permitted waste tire facilities and submit a report to the legislature on certain topics.
