Section 1. Dissemination of information; notification of intent to enroll. Requires a school district to share PSEO enrollment information at least three weeks prior to the registration deadline for district courses for the following school year.

Section 2. Enrollment priority. Requires a postsecondary institution to allow secondary pupils to enroll in online PSEO courses consistent with the institution's policy regarding postsecondary pupil enrollment in online courses.

Section 3. Transportation. Extends eligibility for reimbursement of costs of transportation to PSEO programs to students eligible for a free or reduced-price meal. Increases the rate of reimbursement to the current federal business standard mileage rate.  Clarifies that “necessary transportation costs” includes the cost of transportation in a private vehicle, bus, taxi, or other shared vehicle.
