Date: March 13, 2019

S.F. No. 1845 expands the preclusion of child care assistance eligibility to apply to children or family members of individuals working for a licensed or legal nonlicensed family child care provider, licensed and license-exempt child care centers, and any other setting where child care is provided. The bill also repeals the subdivision permitting assistance authorizations for up to 25 children in child care centers that are dependents of the center’s employees.
