This bill prohibits the commissioner of commerce from using money appropriated to the Department of Commerce to fund any activities related to an appeal before the Minnesota Court of Appeals or Minnesota Supreme Court concerning the certificate of need issued by the Public Utilities Commission to Enbridge Energy for the Line 3 pipeline replacement project.
