Section 1. Shared time pupils. Includes in the definition of shared time pupils those pupils that attend public school career and technical education programs offered for secondary credit outside of the regular school day. (Shared time pupils are nonpublic pupils who attend certain public school programs and generate additional general education aid for the serving school district.)
