Section 1.  Definitions.  Reduces the mileage between schools for a qualifying elementary school from 19 to 18 miles.

Effective Date.  Makes the section effective for revenue for fiscal year 2020 and later.

Section 2. Appropriation. Appropriates blank amounts in fiscal year 2020 and 2021 for elementary sparsity aid.
