Section 1. Participation limits. Beginning in the 2019-2020 school year, increases the participation limit to 7,160 seats in total between the voluntary prekindergarten program and the school readiness plus program. Strikes other obsolete language.
Sec. 2. Pupil unit. Makes a technical change for the extension of the school readiness plus program.
