|
Section 1 modifies reporting requirements of MCHA with respect to activities of the Minnesota premium security plan.
Section 2 delays the transfer back of unused state funds for the premium security plan to the health care access fund until June 30, 2024.
Section 3 requires MCHA to administer the premium security plan through the 2022 benefit year.
