Sec. 1. Collaborative summer intensive program. Requires the Ely, St. Louis County, Mesabi East, Mountain Iron-Buhl, Chisholm, and Hibbing school districts to establish a three-week collaborative summer school program for middle school students.

Sec. 2. Appropriation. Appropriates $2,000,000 in fiscal year 2020 for the summer school program. Requires the districts to provide a cash or in-kind match.
