Section 1 eliminates “eyelash technician practitioners” from the definition of “manager” for purposes of licensing for the Board of Cosmetology.

Sections 2 eliminates a requirement that a salon have a license as an eyelash extension salon to offer eyelash extension services. 

Section 3 exempts a facility from licensing requirements under the Board of Cosmetology if the facility offers only eyelash extension services.
