Section 1 [Technical Correction] removes unnecessary references to clauses.

Section 2 [Repayment of CLIF Money] repays the closed landfill investment fund from the general fund forecast for the appropriation in section 3.

Section 3 [Appropriation] appropriates $10,300,000 from the closed landfill investment fund to the commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency to cleanup the Waste Disposal Engineering site in Anoka County in accordance with the closed landfill program. Requires the commissioner to provide a status report to the appropriate legislative committees by January 15, 2020.

Section 4 [Cancellation of Appropriation] cancels the appropriation of $6,000,000 in appropriations bond proceeds for cleanup of the Waste Disposal Engineering site.
