Section 1. Program authority; funding. Allows the commissioner of transportation to use up to 17 percent of any appropriation to the corridors of commerce program for program delivery. This section is effective the day following final enactment.
Section 2. Corridors of commerce. The 2018 appropriation for the corridors of commerce program is amended so that the program funds appropriated in 2017 and 2018 can be used for projects selected in either 2017 or 2018. This section is effective the day following final enactment.
