S.F. No. 737 provides an exception to the DWI forfeiture law for situations in which the offender enters the ignition interlock program. Provides for the summary forfeiture of the vehicle if the offender later uses it to reoffend and the offender has not yet been restored to full driving privileges or the reoffense occurs within three years of the original forfeiture event.
