This bill authorizes the city of St. Cloud to increase its 1% food and beverage tax by up to 0.5% and increase its lodging tax by up to 1% from the currently imposed 5%. The taxes may be imposed if approved by the voters at a general election. Revenues from the newly imposed taxes would be used to fund the remodeling, improvement, and expansion of the Municipal Athletic Center.

Effective upon filing of local approval with the Secretary of State.
