S.F. 3473 permits a town within the Scott County Rural Residential Service Area Detailed Area Plan (2009) to charge the developer of a proposed residential subdivision a fee. The fee must be used to pay for new turn lanes and bypass lanes within or adjacent to the proposed residential subdivision. The town must keep the fees in a separate account.
Effective date. Effective the day following final enactment without local approval.
