|
This bill prohibits a police officer from issuing citations or warnings to a driver who violates the posted speed limit of 45 miles per hour on Interstate Highway 35-E between West Seventh Street and Interstate Highway 94, unless the driver’s speed is greater than 55 miles per hour.
The bill does not apply to violations committed by a holder of a commercial driver’s license or violations committed in a commercial vehicle.
