SF No. 850 make two changes to the financial eligibility requirements for medical assistance for employed persons with disabilities. The first change is to use a rolling six-month average to determine monthly earned income for the purposes of income eligibility. The second change is to exclude personally owned business assets from a person’s assets for the purposes of asset eligibility.
