S.F. 3586 authorizes a onetime supplemental aid payment to Stearns County in the amount of $52,288. The supplemental aid payment shall be used to pay the 2016 property taxes for the Eagles Healing Nest in Sauk Centre. The aid shall be paid at the same time and in the same manner as the regular county program aid payments. The total appropriation for county program need aid is increased in 2016 only by a corresponding amount.
Effective for aids payable in 2016 only.
