S.F. No. 2772 makes technical changes to the human resources statutes in the Ramsey County chapter.

Section 1 deletes the requirement that the term of eligibility for individuals on an eligibility list cannot be less than six months.

Section 2 directs the revisor to make terminology changes in chapter 383A.

Section 3 repeals a subdivision that requires employees to retire the month after they turn 70.

Section 4 provides that the act is effective the day following local approval.
