|
S.F. 2799 repeals a statute that provides penalties for false political and campaign material. This change is in response to 281 Care Committee v. Arneson, 766 F.3d 774 (8th Cir. 2014).
Sections 1 to 4 make conforming changes.
Section 5 repeals 211B.06.
