|
Section 1 appropriates $15,000,000 from the trunk highway fund to MnDOT for U.S. Highway 12 projects, all located in Hennepin County. Those projects include:
-
realignment of an intersection with County State-Aid Highway (CSAH) 92;
-
realignment and safety improvements in an intersection with Hennepin CSAH 90; and
-
median safety improvements along a portion of Highway 12 between Wayzata Boulevard and a point one-half mile east of CSAH 6.
This act is effective the day following final enactment.
