|
This bill provides a $2,000 refundable tax credit for taxpayers who have been issued a certificate of birth resulting in stillbirth from the state registrar. The credit is allowed in the taxable year in which the stillbirth occurred and if the child would have been a dependent of the taxpayer under the Internal Revenue Code. Effective beginning in tax year 2015.
