|
S.F. No. 2423 authorizes the city of Elk River to increase the membership of the city’s Public Utilities Commission from three to five members. Once increased, no more than two of the members may also be city council members. Terms of the additional members are staggered and are set according to the commission bylaws. Local approval is required.
