This bill expands the availability of a special agricultural products permit for vehicles with six or seven axles to operate at greater weights.  Current law authorizes issuance of the permit to transport raw or unprocessed agricultural products.  The bill makes the permit also available for transporting agricultural products and feedstocks, including oat hulls, for processing as a biofuel.
