|
This bill requires the Department of Public Safety to cancel registration and provide a full refund on registration taxes for passenger automobiles, ambulances, hearses, and pickup trucks, if the application for refund is submitted within the first ten days of the registration period.
This bill is effective the day following final enactment, for registration periods beginning on or after January 1, 2016.
